Kintsugi Burger 金継ぎ
Inspired by a Japanese technique that repairs broken pottery with gold, this burger celebrates the transformations that have shaped Usaquén in recent times. The edible gold that crowns it is not a superficial luxury, but a symbol of rebirth. It features pretzel bread, 100% Wagyu beef, Wagco and Oishi sauces, Colby Jack cheese, tomato, onion, pickles, and a crunchy mix of orange and purple sweet potatoes, accompanied by French fries.
